Two law enforcement officers spoke with CNN Tuesday. They stated that Jared will be pleading guilty to child porn charges. And according to a local Indiana Fox News affiliate, Fox59, Fogle will accept a plea deal that will leave him with only an eight year prison sentence.
Interestingly enough, in college Jared ran a rent-a-porn business to his dormmates.
If you remember about two months ago, Fogle's home was raided by law enforcement officers, who carried away computers due to the investigation of Russell Taylor, Fogle's ex- president of his non profit was arrested on child porn charges.
Fogle's lawyer, Ron Elberger told Fox59 that any information regarding the charges would come from the U.S Attorney office.
