Who told you Die Hard wasn't a Christmas movie? Heh! They'll end up with coal in their stocking!

It's official Die Hard is a Christmas movie. Maybe the official one...anything to replace It's a Wonderful Life (I loathe swoppy, mushy movies). Entertainment Weekly, Buzzfeed, LA Weekly, and other publications have proclaimed it to be so.
It's a feast for the eyes; you've got a really hot looking Bruce Willis fighting an extremely hot Alan Rickman (a brilliant actor in anything, anything at all...so very missed). And all the action is going on during an office CHRISTMAS PARTY! Look at the trailer below:
The trailer opens up with holiday music and the narration starts with "Christmas Eve..." You've got ugly Christmas sweaters, a heroine named "Holly" and more.
Catch the movie on the big screen at The Metrograph. They have two showings (boo, need more!) on December 22nd. One at 4 pm and one at 8:30 pm. Click here to buy your tickets now.
Die Hard is part of their Christmas at the Metrograph series. Other movies in the group include All That Heaven Allows, Remember That Night, Carol, Meet Me in St. Louis and more.
The Metrograph is located at 7 Ludlow Street in the LES. Their resto, The Metrograph Commissary was inspired by the on-lot restos found at the movie studios during Hollywood's Golden Age. They serve everything from breakfast to late night nibbles. And yes, there's cocktails.
