St. Patrick’s Day falls on a Sunday this year! I’m not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. One thing I do know is that I’ve gathered some extremely tasty cocktails like the "Kiss Me I'm Irish," "Irish Eyes Are Smiling," and the "Sauza Shamrock Margarita," you're going to definitely try them out on St. Patrick's Day!
St. Peppermint Patty’s Vojito
Ingredients:
7 mint leaves
1 lime wedge
1.5 parts Skinnygirl Cucumber Vodka
3 parts soda water
1 chocolate covered peppermint candy
Directions:
Squeeze lime wedge into glass, muddle lime wedge with mint leaves and vodka. Add ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with chocolate covered peppermint candy.
* can add 1/2 tsp. agave nectar for sweetness
Irish Eyes Are Smiling
Ingredients:
1 ½ parts Skinnygirl Cucumber Vodka
6 parts green tea (water steeped with tea bags OR diet green tea)
Cucumber wheel for garnish
Directions:
Pour ingredients over ice. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
Sham-rockin’ ‘Rita
Directions:
Lime wedge for garnish
Sauza®
Lucky Rita
Ingredients:
2 parts Sauza®
Blue 100% Agave Silver Tequila*
1 part Dekuyper® Melon Liqueur
4 parts Limeade
Sugar
Directions:
In a shaker filled with ice combine all ingredients and shake to chill.
Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice and
rimmed with sugar. Garnish with a lime. Enjoy! (Serves 8)
Sauza® Shamrock Margarita
Ingredients:
1 can Frozen
Limeade
1 cup Apple Juice
1/2 cup Sauza Blue® Silver 100% Agave Tequila
1/4 cup DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker
1 Granny Smith Spple, sliced
1 Lime
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher filled with ice. Mix well. Refrigerate
until ready to serve. Serve chilled or over ice. Garnish with an apple
slice. Enjoy! (Serves 4)
Crave Ginger Mint Lucky Charm
Ingredients:
1 part JDK&Sons™
Crave Chocolate Mint Liqueur
1 part JDK&Sons™ O3® Orange Liqueur
Ginger Beer
Directions:
Build ingredients order over ice in a highball glass. Top with ginger beer.Garnish with a lime wedge squeezed and dropped in.
Crave Mint Shamrock
Ingredients:
1 part JDK&Sons™ Crave Chocolate Mint Liqueur
1 part Kilbeggan® Irish Whiskey
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Kiss Me I'm Irish
Ingredients:
50ml/2 oz Belvedere Vodka
Dash Elderflower Syrup
3 chunks pink grapefruit
Directions:
Muddle grapefruit with elderflower cordial. Add crushed ice and churn. Re top with crushed ice and garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.
The Lucky Charm
Ingredients:
1 oz Pineapple juice
¼ oz Lemon juice
2 bar spoons Rosemary syrup
Directions:
Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Green Tea-ni Thyme
Ingredients:
50ml/ 2 oz Belvedere Lemon Tea
20ml/ ¾ oz Lemon Juice
20ml/ ¾ oz Green Tea Syrup
3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
Directions:
Gentle press thyme in base of shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake hard over ice. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
